SHS Summer Solstice, AKA Summer, was a purchase from a Sunset Valley Hunter/Jumper stable and comes from a long line of hunters. She stood out to Lily because of her unusually coloring. Buckskin Thoroughbreds are hard to come by and Lily thought she would be a great addition to SHS future breeding stock. Even though Summer is a bit of a handful at times, she really has a heart as golden as her coat! She's a real sweetheart and an excellent mother. Not only does she pass on her floating gait, but she throws some of the best looking foals we've ever seen.
